No more signs on the Ftse Mib – La Stampa

Not even a stock ended today’s session positively on the Ftse Mib price list in Piazza Affari, which lost 1.85% to 20,075 points (All Share -1.83% to 21,853); only Saipem’s shares were saved, but neither did they gain, ending up unchanged. It should be noted that during the week the main index had exceeded 21 thousand points, driven by the happy conclusion of the European summit on the Recovery fund. But then pessimism returned to prevail, especially because the two protagonists of the global economy, America and China, are engaged in political diatribes that also undermine economic recovery. The financial markets are also worried about coronavirus, which is under control in Europe, but only in Europe, while it is raging throughout the rest of the world.

Nexi slides on the main basket of Borsa Italiana (-6.11%), which accuses the stall in negotiations with Sia; Pirelli (-4.28%) and Unipol (-4.22%) were also heavy. Nor are health-related actions saved, which went well in the Covid crisis: today Diasorin -3.90% and Recordati -2.45%. Atlantia also fell sharply (-3.18%).
