Buenos Aires, June 12 (Adnkronos / Dpa) – The Argentine government extends until today the deadline set for today to accept the 65 billion dollar foreign debt restructuring offer. Today, the deadline for private creditors to join the government’s restructuring plan expired. This is the fourth postponement since the government of President Alberto Fernandez started negotiating with creditors two months ago. “Argentina and its advisors want to benefit from this extension to continue discussions and allow investors to reach an agreement on debt restructuring,” explains the government.
