Excellent day for the Milan Stock Exchange indices (Ftse Mib + 1.51% at 19.379 and All Share + 1.44% at 21.190) driven above all by industry shares. Net correction (-1.02%) of the euro / dollar exchange rate at the 1.1726 level.
On the main list, the Cnh Industrial (+ 4.94%), Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (+ 4.81%), Tenaris (+ 4.74%) and Prysmian (+ 4.67%) titles were highlighted, while the most noticeable drops of the day on Ftse Mib concerned Mediobanca (-4.25%), Hera (-3.54%), Banco Bpm (-1.81%) and Terna (-0.41%).
As for tomorrow’s economic events, the numbers of the quarterly Intesa Sanpaolo, Atlantia, Tim, Buzzi, Iren, Enav, Tod’s, Falck and Cairo are spreading. The EU updates inflation data, important for understanding the depth of economic stagnation and how well-founded the hopes of a rapid recovery are. We will also have news about the trend in consumer prices from Japan, while Spain releases the employment figures, and a long series of macroeconomic data arrives from the United States: Monthly Federal Trade Redbook, New York State Index , durable and factory orders, crude stocks and auto sales.
