On the main list they did worse than all Saipem shares (-4.57%) due to the drop in oil prices during the negotiations in Milan; Eni (-0.99%) and Enel (-0.31%) also decreased in energy, while Snam went against the trend by 2.13%: analysts are positive on the company’s prospects after the recent extraordinary operations in the Emirates.
As for industrials, FCA fell by 1.77% despite the fact that the Elkann shareholders’ meeting confirmed the goal of the merger with PSA by the first quarter of 2021; instead in the Lingotto group CNH Industrial earns 1.76%. In service activities Atlantia + 1.79% on the trust of an agreement with the government for motorway concessions while Telecom Italia loses 3.76%. Mediaset, down 2.02%.
In the credit, significant losses for Mediobanca (-4.02%) and Banco Bpm (-3.75%). Intesa Sanpaolo also fell (-1.47%) on the day it filed the prospectus of the Ops on Ubi Banca (-0.87%).
